We manufacture the world's most versatile packing system.

The Rypak range of bag fillers and sealers can be used for products as varied as toilet rolls, textiles, catalogue and magazine mailings, food products, frozen and fresh, nappies and tissues, dustbags, snack foods; in fact almost any bagged products except liquids and some powders.

There are four bag loaders and two autosealers to cover most size ranges, and an elevating conveyor to return packed products to work station height.

Product size range is up to: 560mm wide x 560mm long x 200mm deep

The smokeless and odourless sealing system releases no gasses or fumes, so is kind to the environment.

The Rypak Junior is a complete packing line in one compact unit, just plug into a 240 volt supply and you are ready to pack anything from nuts and bolts to sticks of rock. The Junior sealer uses either a footswitch or a photocell to start the seal cycle, a scrap film removal system is available as an optional extra.

Size range: 75-240mm wide, 75-330mm long, maximum jaw opening 100mm.

Bag material and style:- wicketted or block header, plain or printed bags can include bottom gusset or header and Euroslot.

Manufactured from low, medium or high density polyethylene, including degradable, recycled and blends of linear low density; and polypropylene.

Rypak Heavy Duty Sealers are manufactured with the frequent user in mind and are built for continuous use on heavyweight materials.

Ideal for sealing upholstery and mattress bags, mail order delivery sacks or sample making, the HD range offers smokeless odourless sealing with a single or a twin wire seal with knife free trim removal. A footswitch or two handed push button start are options.

Size range: 400mm to 1500mm wide.

We are located in Ripponden, West Yorkshire, 5 miles from junction 22 of the M62, which offers quick and easy access to the M1 & M6 motorways.
